Ugh, I can't even count how many times I've rewatched that. It's so awesome!

It could be the most memorable scene of the entire show, quite frankly.

God yes, that one! And I read on YT that the tears we see from Jensen weren't acting, but real ones. He had to walk around and calm down for quite some time before he was even up to do another scene. *hearts him* he's such a fine actor. (He actually told about that fact at the 2016 Nerd HD Panel at the Comic Con)

I've heard that too - Jensen was phenomenal in this scene, and I love the fact that it affected him so much - he really cares about Dean.
