Summary: When angels are taken to Re-Education, their memories are altered, which means they don’t remember making the mistakes that brought them there. So naturally, it made sense to Michael that Castiel kept rebelling because he never remembered the lessons he needed to learn. To keep the rebel angel from continuing his interference, Michael not only returns all of Castiel’s stolen memories but takes his Grace as well.
Castiel always knew that when an angel’s Grace was ripped out it was quite painful. He didn’t know that he’d been taken to Re-Education more than that time some months previous. He didn’t expect the true memories that would rush back at him and he certainly didn’t expect to remember that he hadn’t always been a full angel. It just figured that the other half of him was something that Dean didn’t understand.
Now that he was completely human Castiel felt completely useless and tells Dean as much. But Dean doesn’t give up on those he considers family and isn’t gonna toss Cas to the streets just because he’s human. In fact, maybe Cas being human was just what they both needed to stop ignoring the feelings they’d both been running from.

Summary: Just like any other Friday night, Dean, Castiel, Jo, Benny and Michael were in their floor's common room just hanging out when the first reports of rash violence breaking out in California came on the news. Dean tried not to panic because Sam was at Stanford, but when his brother called to say he was in trouble, Dean and his friends dropped everything to drive half-way across the country to save him. The last thing Dean thought he’d find on this weird road trip meets rescue mission was that his feelings for Castiel might not be quite as unrequited as he thought.

Artist Notes: This is my second year participating in the deancasbigbang. I got to work darkheartinthesky and she wrote this awesome story. I actually got to work with her recently in another bang: spnhorrorbang. So that was awesome. This is a really awesome story and had fun creating illustrations for. Aritst Note: This is my 5th and final story illustrated for the Dean Castiel Big Bang 2015. I picked this story up as a pitch artist late in the game after Stanzas's artist dropped out. I really enjoyed the horror side of her story and gave this artist many ideas for illustrations though due to time available to me I had to narrow down to those you will see below. I encourage you to read her story because like all the DCBB authors she has put a lot of hours writing it. It was a honor to create these illustrations to suppliment your story, Stanzas. I continue to be a busy bee. I have a few projects still on my plate to do. :) I am glad that I have finished two artisitic projects, Hope In Ruin written by Elizabeth1985ff and Can You Fix the Broken written by YourBeautysFading for the

deancasbigbang community. Also for the DCBB, I have three more projects yet to finish. Two of them are ready to be posted when their dates arrive, November 16th and 19th, and currently reading and working on a third I just picked up. This one will be posted November 27th. This will definitely be the last story I'll pick up. Guess I have a soft heart for authors loosing their artists. It's been a pleasure to be working with these very talented authors. It's been a lot of fun getting to know other people within the Supernatural fandom. I'm glad I stepped out of the shadows to start participating.

Then recently on the SPN RBB community, I had submitted two illustrations and both have been chosen fortunately quickly. Even though I knew they'd get chosen, I still was anxiety ridden. ha! I have since contacted them and they are currently brainstorming their ideas on what and how to write for each one. I know one of them may be a challenge to do but I hope fun. I can't wait to see what they come up with. Now I just need to be patient but that will be somewhat easy to do since I have my own projects to continue to work on. I think at this time they still have one more illustration that needs to be claimed. So if you are an author and interested in writing, head over to

spn_reversebang. I don't think any of these stories & artwork get posted until January.

Lastly the last project I will probably participate in this year is the

noel_of_spike community. Not sure much about it other than it occurs in December. I guess I better think of some ideas soon. It's been a little bit since doing any artwork in the BTVS fandom.

Summary: In an unexpected turn, the end of the world isn't brought on by any war between Heaven and Hell, or in a cataclysmic fight of good and evil, but from a half-dozen scientists with a serious God-complex. They weren’t prepared for this. No one was. And in the devastated remnants of what’s left, Dean, Sam, Castiel and their two companions travel across the country in search of survivors. Living in this wasteland is hard enough, having to face a plethora of new threats is harder still. But for Dean and Castiel, the most difficult challenge will be finding something together that can withstand everything. In a world so severely broken, finding hope amongst the ruin will be their greatest challenge.

Artist Notes: This is my first year participating in DCBB though it is my second time participating in a big bang. For my last big bang I stuck with making digital collages done on Photoshop but for the DCBB stories I did something entirely different. Though I still used Photoshop to help create my illustration layouts, I used Copic markers to color in my illustrations (except one image which I used color pencil) and when finished, I scanned the illustration back into my computer and then I touched up the illustrations using Photoshop and an app called Pencilsketch. I am very happy with the results. I feel the illustrations I have created for

elizabeth1985ff's story helped give a visual on what is happening within her story. I encourage you to read her story as I know she put a lot of work into it. I personally think it is an awesome story and already plan on rereading it. I do want to thank Elizabeth for her encouragement and creative suggestions and ideas on making my illustrations better. Life has got a bit crazy lately though not all of it is a bad thing. Actually a lot of it is good. I think the only bad is that domestic life and family duties and work get in the way of the fun things. ha! Ok, those things aren't bad. :P Wouldn't trade my family for anything!!

What's really keeping me busy is that I'm involved in a few projects. I'm now working on illustrations for 3 stories in the DCBB. (For those who don't know what DCBB is it stands for Dean/Castiel Big Bang.) Originally I was working on only two but picked up one just recently, 4-5 days ago, due to a fallout of another artist. I participated in one other big bang this past summer though this time I'm doing something different than I did last time. I'm using a technique that involves pen, paper, copic markers, Photoshop and a program on my ipad called PencilSketch. It's a long process but have been very satisfied with the results. So look out for my posting dates for DCBB: October 26th, November 4th and November 19th!

My other project includes either 1 or 2 illustrations for the SPN-Reversebang. Haven't started working on it yet but have some ideas. I'm now just trying to decide if I'm going to use strictly Photoshop or do the same process I'm using for my illustrations in the DCBB.
