This will the second time I got to work with this wonderful author, Desirae. We once worked together after she claimed my illustration in the Destiel Reversebang challenge. Artist Notes: I saw this challenge advertised on the

bigbangindex looking for artists to illustrate stories for the

acespnbang. There were a lot of awesome summaries and it was so hard to choose. Over the next few days I ended up claiming five stories as the only requirement was to illustrate a minimum of 1 piece of artwork. Pastann's story, Dean Vs Dr. Teddy Bear was one of the stories that I claimed. It is a fun story and really enjoyed reading it. I really enjoyed working with her on this project. Living in this wasteland is hard enough, having to face a plethora of new threats is harder still. But for Dean and Castiel, the most difficult challenge will be finding something together that can withstand everything. In a world so severely broken, finding hope amongst the ruin will be their greatest challenge.

Artist Notes: This is my first year participating in DCBB though it is my second time participating in a big bang. For my last big bang I stuck with making digital collages done on Photoshop but for the DCBB stories I did something entirely different. Though I still used Photoshop to help create my illustration layouts, I used Copic markers to color in my illustrations (except one image which I used color pencil) and when finished, I scanned the illustration back into my computer and then I touched up the illustrations using Photoshop and an app called Pencilsketch. I am very happy with the results. I feel the illustrations I have created for

elizabeth1985ff's story helped give a visual on what is happening within her story. I encourage you to read her story as I know she put a lot of work into it. I personally think it is an awesome story and already plan on rereading it. I do want to thank Elizabeth for her encouragement and creative suggestions and ideas on making my illustrations better.
