Day 18: Favorite ghost/monster

That would have to be Benny.  He became friends with Dean in Purgatory and they remained really good friends.  Benny continued to try to be a good despite the troubles of being a vampire.  He was there for Dean even when he needed him to return to Purgatory to help his brother.

Yeah, Benny, hands down.

He was well rounded, and he was bros with Dean. I love Dean/Benny (Denny) and ship it hard. I'm working on my second Denny story, so yeah, I'm all the way in.

He's such a sweetie, a total teddybear with fangs. I love they wrote someone like him into the series, because there aren't a lot of characters that either of the brothers have a strong loyalty to.

His antipathy with Cas was quite funny and shippy, smacking of jealousy. Maybe he knew that Dean's loyalty to Cas still outweighed their bond forged in battle.

And of course, once they were back on Earth, Dean leaving him for Sam without a thought was tragic and hurts so good.

I'm surprised the Denny ship isn't larger, but then Benny has a lot of competitors for Dean's affections, let's be honest. Everyone loves Dean on that show.
